2023 Nissan Murano

For 2023, the Nissan Murano is essentially unchanged. A CVT is still paired with the vehicle’s 3.5-litre V6 engine, which produces 260 horsepower. The S, SL, SV and Platinum are the four well-equipped model variants of the 2023 Nissan Murano. Additionally, there is the Midnight Edition, a sporty black version of the SV model. This edition costs $46,298 and is offered only in Canada. It is priced between the SV and the Platinum, the top of the line.

Exterior

The Nissan Murano will look the same in 2023 as it did in 2022. Super Black and Deep Ocean Blue Pearl, two new colours, bring the total number of colours in the palette to seven. The S and SV grades come standard with sharply designed 18-inch wheels, while the Platinum trim adds 20-inch machined aluminum-alloy wheels and 20-inch Dark Hyper Silver wheels.

Interior

The interior of the Murano is equally impressive, featuring a low instrument panel and a “social lounge” concept that welcomes all passengers. The interiors of the S and SV models are furnished with cloth seats, while the upper-trim Murano models come equipped with opulent features, like wood trim and semi-aniline leather. Except for the S, heated and ventilated seats are standard on all models. In contrast to the cutting-edge interiors of more recent midsize SUVs, the 2023 Nissan Murano has a more traditional design. The interior is well-built and filled to the brim with high-quality materials, as is typical for Nissan.

Technology

All 2023 Murano trims come with simple-to-use connectivity, and the standard NissanConnect system has an 8.0-inch touchscreen. The range now comes standard with SiriusXM with Travel Link weather and traffic updates, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and navigation. USB-A and USB-C ports are available in the Murano, and there are two of each on the back of the centre console so passengers in the back seat can charge their smartphones. Additional standard features include push-button start, proximity keyless entry and dual-zone automatic climate control. The SL model also has traffic sign recognition and a surround-view parking camera system as additional standard driver assistance features.

Security

On top of that solid foundation, Murano offers various driver-assistance features, such as available Intelligent Cruise Control, a class-exclusive Intelligent Around View Monitor4, and available Traffic Sign Recognition, which can show the most recent speed limit information in the 7.0-inch Advanced Drive-Assist display. A long list of available and standard safety technology gives passengers additional peace of mind. With Nissan Safety Shield 360 as standard equipment, safety is yet another essential feature of the Murano. This safety package comes with automatic high-beam assist, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane departure warning, reverse automatic braking, rear cross-traffic alert and blind spot warning.

Price & Trims

The base model of the 2023 Nissan Murano comes with a front-wheel-drive configuration and has a price tag of $33,660. The Platinum model comes at the top of the line with a price tag of $46,910. At Royal Oak Nissan, you can schedule a test drive for your upcoming Nissan Murano and reserve it.
