Engine and Performance
All Sentra trims are available in front-wheel drive and a manual six-speed transmission with a 2.0-litre DOHC 16-valve four-cylinder engine. This can produce up to 149 hp and 146 lb-ft of torque with a top speed of 199.55 km/h. The Altima has a 2.5-litre DOHC 16-valve four-cylinder engine. It has a top speed of 191.51 km/h and can produce up to 182 hp and 178 lb-ft of torque. The Altima has intelligent all-wheel drive and Xtronic CVT transmission, which provides a smoother and more fuel-efficient ride.
Interior Layout/Options
The Sentra S has a six-way adjustable driver's seat, while the Altima S has an eight-way power driver’s seat with two-way power lumbar support. Both models’ seats are covered in cloth, and the front seats are heated. They both have enough space for up to five passengers, but the Altima has a larger trunk capacity (32.1 litres).
